Two people died in an accident with a fuel tanker in Kamchatka

The tanker transported 11 tons of fuel oil. After it fell into the ditch and overturned, there was a fuel leak.

- As a result of the accident, the driver of the fuel truck died, two road service workers who were carrying out repair work during the accident were injured and were hospitalized. Subsequently, one of them died in hospital, the other is in serious condition in the trauma department of the Elizovskaya regional hospital, the regional prosecutor's office said.

The supervisory authority added that a check on the implementation of labor protection legislation has begun.
