36% of Russians were able to find a new job since the beginning of this year, another 12% managed to change their profession.

This is evidenced by the results of a study of the service "Rabota.ru", which leads TASS.

Analysts found that 39% of working Russians are going to change jobs or professions before the beginning of 2022, but 13% are in no hurry to radically change the situation.

Sociologists came to the conclusion that the main reason for changing jobs is the salary, which does not suit the respondents - this answer was given by 76% of the respondents. Also, Russians change jobs because of conflicts with their superiors or the team - 45% and because of the schedule - 33%. 27% of the study participants indicated that they had to look for a new job because there were no career prospects in the previous one. 22% simply lost interest in their current activities. 13% of respondents admitted that they would like to have the opportunity to study at work, and therefore preferred to leave the previous job.

Earlier it became known that in order to move to a higher-paying job, 45% of Russians agree to move to another region. Basically, IT specialists agree to such a step - there are 60% of them.
