The Russian Ambassador to Cape Verde Natalya Poklonskaya believes that the introduction of QR-codes violates not only the Constitution of the Russian Federation itself, she stated this in her video, in which she answered questions coming to her.

QR-codes really do violate the Constitution. And not only the Constitution. They violate the basic human rights in general.

Including those rights that are enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted on December 10, 1948.

By the way, soon we will celebrate (anniversary), you will see posts on the pages of politicians and deputies that "today is an anniversary"...

There will be forums and some nice meetings organized to celebrate the anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights and speeches about those rights.

But QR-codes - they violate these rights, set forth in this Declaration, (the anniversary) of which we will soon all celebrate and listen to how good it is and how necessary it is. Here it is".
