As Izvestia reports, referring to the department, most of these materials have been collected in Karelia. There we managed to find out about 18 anti-vaccines. All data has been transferred to law enforcement officers.
The department is going to prosecute those who actively oppose vaccination under criminal articles on the spread of fakes associated with a threat to life and harm to health.
The publication indicated that they received answers to inquiries from the territorial bodies of all Russian subjects, except for Moscow and the region. So, in the Rostov region, the security forces were sent eight materials about anti-vaccination, in the Volgograd region - five, in the Smolensk region - two, one each - in St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Yakutia and the Tomsk region.
Earlier, the head of the RF IC, Alexander Bastrykin, clarified that 60 criminal cases were opened in the country on the spread of fakes related to measures against the coronavirus pandemic. Investigations have been completed in 34 cases.
