According to Interfax , citing the press service of the court, the administrative plaintiffs dispute the decision of the chief sanitary doctor of the Chelyabinsk region No. 3 of November 8, 2021 on the conduct of preventive vaccinations against the new coronavirus infection.

"The preliminary meeting is scheduled for December 13," - said in the message.

The initiators of the process were two local residents, the defendant is the department of Rospotrebnadzor in the Chelyabinsk region.

Earlier, officials of the department introduced in the region compulsory vaccination against covid for a number of categories of citizens. In accordance with the decree of the chief sanitary doctor of the region, patients must be vaccinated with the first component of the vaccine by November 11, and the second by December 11.

The number of persons subject to compulsory vaccination includes doctors, teachers, postal workers, transport organizations, housing and communal services, catering facilities, trade and services, sports, culture, as well as employees of hotels, municipal and state institutions. Compulsory vaccination can only be avoided by those who have a medical lead from vaccination.

Due to the increased incidence of covid in the region, visits to public places are limited. Citizens who do not have a QR code cannot enter them.

Unlike in Tatarstan, where the entrance to public transport is now available only by a QR code, such restrictions were not introduced in the Chelyabinsk region. After assessing the scale of the social explosion , which led to the introduction of transport codes in Kazan, the authorities of many regions decided to abandon this practice.
