73 parliamentarians voted for, seven - against, specifies "Interfax".
According to the head of the committee on social policy Svetlana Zakharova, now 16 thousand doctors work in the so-called "red zones" in the republic.
- Doctors have no time today. They are already suffocating. QR-codes are a vital measure, - said Zakharova.
She was supported by the speaker of the Tatarstan parliament Farid Mukhametshin. He pointed out that even if “some believe” that the rights of citizens are infringed or limited due to the introduction of QR-codes, anyway, the government is doing it "with good intentions".
- To save life, to support those who somewhere do not understand this whole situation, - said Mukhametshin.
As a reminder, on November 12, the Cabinet of Ministers submitted to the State Duma bills on the use of QR-codes in Russia. According to one of them, all intercity and international rail and air transportation is transferred to admission by QR-codes for vaccinations, documents on the transferred coronavirus or certificates of medical evacuation. Negative PCR-tests will also be accepted on airplanes and trains - until further notice from the government.
The introduction of QR codes angered citizens, and in some regions, the system for checking these codes immediately failed. For example, in Kazan, where now they are not allowed to enter public transport without QR-codes, the telephones issued to them for checking these documents did not work for the conductors.
