Two years have passed since then. And, unfortunately, little has changed in the fate of Sergei. And he is forced once again out of despair and to apply for justice to the editorial office.

It didn't take long to rejoice. The nightmare continued. It got to the point that I could be stopped at a traffic police post, dropped out of the car and threatened with handcuffs until the circumstances were clarified: am I a malicious debtor or not? And in the fall, the fall of the leaves of penalties fell on me", - writes Sergey Rudenko.

And recently, property was seized, bank cards were blocked, from which money is periodically withdrawn. I can say I was left without a livelihood. I can't even pay for a communal apartment. Forced to borrow funds from friends.

To whom I just did not address, including through your newspaper. And to the chief bailiff of Russia Aristov D.V., and the chairman of the Odintsovo city court Zhuravleva I.G. This is because of the negligence and carelessness of their subordinates, I incur moral and financial costs. To facilitate their work, I sent them the exact data of my double, who was born in the city of Frunze in Kyrgyzstan, and I was in the Bryansk region, he has a Volkswagen car, and I have a different brand. But the situation has not changed. Although, when I managed to get through, I always heard an encouraging one - let's figure it out. But how much can you figure out? Ten, twenty years? Why should I suffer for a violator who has debts, loans and fines for traffic rules for hundreds of thousands of rubles? "

Sergei's indignation is understandable. Over the years of his suffering, and this is indeed a long period of time - thirteen years - the competent authorities have never been able to see the difference between the two Rudenko. And the difference is significant. It is visible to the naked eye. One was born in the Bryansk region, registration (place of registration), passport data, SNILS they have different. But those who must follow this, for some reason, do not look at these details. Another decision is made. The bailiffs of the Moscow region of the Odintsovo district, Bolshiye Vyazemy, st. Gorodok-17, building 3042/2. Last time, it took three months for the bailiffs to figure out and remove the restrictions.

It is clear that not only bailiffs are to blame for his problem, but also the traffic police, justices of the peace of the Odintsovo District Court, who, in his absence, without understanding, make unjust decisions, stamp decisions without looking. The state machine in their person, instead of helping the citizens, puts them in a humiliated state, so that he ran through the authorities and proved that he did not rob anyone, did not kill... A citizen of Russia bears moral and material costs. Who will be responsible for this? Maybe the senior lieutenant of the internal service Artem Markov, the head of the department, is the senior bailiff of the Odintsovo district department of bailiffs, who promises to sort it out all the time. Or his subordinate bailiff Sharifbekli Afak Sabir Kyzy, who regularly sends new notifications about the withdrawal of the next amount from the card, referring to the reason - the traffic police fine?
