Moscow declared yellow hazard level due to icy conditions

"The degree of intensity of hazardous phenomena: yellow - the weather is potentially dangerous", - the agency reported.

The warning will be valid until 21:00 on December 2.

Note that today a record amount of precipitation fell in Primorye.
