Viacheslav Volodin explained why deputies enter the Duma without QR-codes

“We have one deputy who is sick with covid. We started when there were 12 deputies in a hospital bed. Today, the level of collective immunity of State Duma deputies is 94%”, - he said.

Referring to the words of the parliamentarian, "RIA Novosti" reports that the LDPR faction is in first place in terms of the level of vaccination and the presence of antibodies. In second place in this rating is United Russia, in third - Fair Russia - For the truth. The fourth and fifth places are occupied by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and "New People", respectively.

“As for the collective immunity of employees of the apparatus - 99%. That is why now, when working on the issue of QR-codes and, accordingly, the need to carry out certain events related to visiting the State Duma, we, as for the State Duma deputies and staff of the apparatus, taking into account the results, are taking them beyond this requirement. Because we either got sick and have antibodies, or got vaccinated”, - Volodin said.

The Speaker of the State Duma also noted that about 3 thousand people are in the building every day.

On November 24, Viacheslav Volodin wrote a post on his Telegram channel about doctors who turned to opponents of vaccination and about bills using QR codes. The speaker of the State Duma opened the comments for the post, writing: "Feedback is important to us, without this the parliament cannot work".

The very next day, the number of user messages exceeded 400 thousand. Most of them have a negative color. Now the recording has been viewed more than a million times, and more than 726 thousand comments have been left under it.

Earlier it was reported that at a meeting of the Asbestos City Duma of the Sverdlovsk Region, the police detained the deputy without a QR-code.
