The Investigative Committee of Russia (IC RF) has published a video with the interrogation of a detainee, who is suspected of killing two people during the shooting in the Moscow's Multifunctional Public Services Center (MPSC) Ryazansky.

It turned out to be a former lieutenant colonel of the special services, 45-year-old Sergey Glazov.

In the footage, the alleged shooter is being led into the investigator's office with wrung hands, after which he sits in a room with two more security officials. There is no sound at the moments with the investigator's questions. After that, the detainee's pockets are examined, where cartridges are found.

“Today the investigators will bring charges against him under clauses "a", "e", part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of two or more persons committed in a generally dangerous way), part 3 of Art. 30, p. "A", "c", "e" Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder of two or more persons, including a minor, in a generally dangerous way) and Part 1 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal arms trafficking)", - reports "Kommersant".

Sergey Glazov came to the MPSC to get a passport, but the conflict over his refusal to wear a mask turned into shooting. He was detained by an unarmed police officer from the migration service - Senior Lieutenant Georgy Domolaev, whom the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Vladimir Kolokoltsev presented for a state award. It is reported that the detainee behaved inappropriately, but he was not registered with psychiatrists and drug dispensaries.

The former colonel of the special services had a large sum of money with him, as well as an extensive set of tools.

On December 7, at the MPSC in the southeast of Moscow, a visitor opened fire, which resulted in the death of two. Four people were injured, including 10-year-old Sofia Kozak.
