A family of four, who on New Year's holidays from Moscow plan to get to Veliky Ustyug to visit Ded Moroz (Russian Santa Claus - editor's note), will spend more than 50 thousand rubles on a five-day trip, SberAuto analysts calculated.

As RIA Novosti clarifies, the amount also includes accommodation, meals and entertainment.

In the variant of the trip proposed by the experts, you need to go along the M8 Moscow - Arkhangelsk highway, leaving after Vologda near the village of Chekshino on P-7. After Totma, it is proposed to turn onto the Sukhonsky tract and drive to Veliky Ustyug.

The road from Moscow from Veliky Ustyug is 930 km, and the patrimony of Father Frost itself is located 12 km from the city. The cost of gasoline in both directions will cost 7054 rubles (with a consumption of 8 liters per 100 km).

In the route, the experts provided for one overnight stay in Yaroslavl, two overnight stays in Veliky Ustyug and one in Vologda on the way back. The average cost of a food set for a snack on the road from a 1.5-liter bottle of water, a pack of cookies and a pound of bananas will be 496 rubles.

While overcoming the longest six-hour stretch from Vologda to Veliky Ustyug, it is proposed to stop and have a snack in a cafe - for this you will have to pay about a thousand rubles, and a full meal in a cafe in Yaroslavl will cost an average of 2920 rubles, in Vologda - 1960 rubles, in Veliky Ustyug - 2350 rubles. Analysts remind that in each city, to visit a catering establishment, you will have to present a QR-code confirming that you have been vaccinated.

Accommodation for a family in a hotel in Yaroslavl will cost 2910 rubles on average, in Vologda - 2809 rubles, a two-day stay in guest houses in Veliky Ustyug on New Year's holidays will cost 5600 rubles.

The entrance to the very patrimony of Ded Moroz costs 1,750 rubles, with an interactive program it will cost 2,100 rubles. Children's tickets (6-17 years old) will cost 1550 and 1900 rubles, depending on the availability of the interactive part, for children three to five years old - 1100 and 1500 rubles, for children under three years old admission is free.

It's worth reminding that most Russians are not ready to spend more than three thousand rubles on gifts for the new year for a child. At the same time, 6% are going to meet at all in the amount of less than a thousand rubles.
