"A comprehensive psychological and psychiatric examination found Ilnaz Galyaviyev sane and subject to criminal liability", - said Svetlana Petrenko, an official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

She added that in the near future the victims and their representatives will familiarize themselves with the materials of the criminal case opened against the shooter, after which the accused and his lawyer will have such an opportunity.

Ilnaz Galyaviyev himself admitted his guilt and completely repented, the report says. He noted that he succumbed to the influence of the destructive subculture on the social network.

Let us remind you that Ilnaza Galyaviev burst into the Kazan gymnasium No. 175 on May 11. He opened fire on schoolchildren and employees of the educational institution, as a result of which nine people were killed, including seven children. The arrow was detained. Criminal cases were opened against him under Articles 105, 223.1, 222.1 and 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for murder and attempted murder of minors, making explosives and intentionally damaging other people's property. The final indictment has already been brought against him.
