On December 15, the Gagarin court passed its verdict late in the evening. So what is the outrageous crime?

The detained residents of the Gagarinsky district were charged with Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Organization of mass simultaneous stay and (or) movement of citizens in public places, entailing a violation of public order." At this hour, it is known that local resident Yevgeny Yezerov was sentenced to 10 days of arrest, Gleb Gorshkov to 11 days of arrest, Alexander Patyukov - to 10 days. At the same time, judge Dzhemal Kurbanov did not accept any statements or petitions from them. There is no decision on the rest of the detainees yet.
People in the Gagarinsky District began to be detained after they came out to defend Dmitry Ulyanov Boulevard, which was fenced off under cover of night by unknown persons, starting to cut down trees. 7 people were snatched from the crowd and taken to the "Gagarinskoye" police station. Among the detainees were the mother of a minor child, Viktoria Petrovskaya, and Vasily Shcherbin, who had just undergone heart surgery. The video, which was sent to us by the local residents, shows how the peaceful, non-resisting people are dragged by the police from the scene of the conflict, dragged along the ground, and pushed into a paddy wagon.
“The detained peaceful people who left their houses at night to find out where the noise was coming from and why, on what grounds the trees were cut down, were seized and detained. Two of them were then released, 5 people spent the night in the "Gagarinsky" police station, where the space is not intended to hold more than 2 people. They were kept in a two-bed cage of all five, without heating, without water, food was not handed over, they were not allowed to go to the toilet, and their lawyers were not allowed to see them. Such conditions of detention are equated by the European Court of Human Rights to torture. Moreover, the detainees were demanded to confess that they had participated in the riots, although people simply went out to find out what was happening on the street”, - municipal deputy Yelena Rusakova told NI.
Rumors that they want to cut down Dmitry Ulyanov Boulevard have been circulating for a long time, but the locals were on the defensive. That is why the “organizers” chose night time when everyone is asleep. It turned out that the work was carried out without documents, the "organizers" did not have cutting tickets.
“The Department of Nature Management and Environmental Protection of Moscow did not give permission to cut trees, the builders did not have felling tickets. Nevertheless, it was decided to build some kind of technical structure for the subway at this place. This is a shallow metro, on unstable soils, according to experts, as a result, residential buildings may be damaged. In addition, such routing does not solve problems and disorganizes the Moscow transport system. Contrary to all conclusions, they nevertheless decided to build. And they decided to start at night, when everyone is asleep”, - municipal deputy Yelena Rusakova told “Novye Izvestia”.
Why and in what connection people began to be detained, pushed into paddy wagons and taken to the police station, is still not clear. Seeing an armada of vehicles pulling towards the area under cover of night, the locals became worried and called the police.
“The information board, which was supposed to appear 10 days before the start of work, was not posted, the workers did not have documents with them. When people asked to present documents for work, they were told:“ Then we will bring it. ”Then the local residents called the police. , having looked at some pieces of paper that were in the hands of the “organizers”, she admitted that it was a “linden.” But suddenly, out of nowhere appeared a bus with “titushki”, some kind of militants, the police began to grab peaceful people who were just sitting or they stood and threw them into a police paddy wagon. There was no forceful action on the part of local residents, this is absolutely certain", - local resident Vera Kochina told NI.
Let us remind you that this luxurious boulevard, planted in the Gagarinsky District by the Academy of Sciences employees 60 years ago, consists of especially valuable trees and shrubs. They want to destroy all this for the sake of unnecessary and illegal construction. For the seventh month, residents have been keeping a 24-hour watch to prevent this from happening. There were no grounds for starting work when the project as a whole was not essentially approved.
“This project is a heap of stories of corruption and violations of the law, and each of them has the names of specific persons who have made and are making decisions. We are talking not only about the boulevard, but also about whether cynicism will triumph in the country or whether conscience will prevail in at least one particular district", - local residents write in social networks.
The triumph of the construction complex and transport hubs over Muscovites, over the city and over common sense speaks of only one thing: money and government orders in the capital are much more expensive than human life. And arrests, detention in inhuman conditions and show trials increasingly separate the word "state" from the word "right".
