More than a hundred people were evacuated during a fire in the mine named after Ruban in Kuzbass

In the mine, the coal seam heated up in block 519, due to which all 128 miners who were underground were brought to the surface, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said in the region. After localizing the fire, rescuers will seal the area. The work is carried out by four departments and 24-25 people.

According to the Governor of the Kemerovo Region Sergei Tsivilyov, the mine will not work to complete the localization of the fire.

"All miners are in a healthy state, and none of the miners was injured", - Tsivilyov specified.

It's worth reminding that after the tragedy that occurred at the Listvyazhnaya mine in Kuzbass, when 51 people died, other coal mining enterprises in the region were checked. The inspections revealed about 450 violations.
