“In 2022, every fifth company (22%) plans to increase the number of employees (within 10%) and another third (33%) speaks about an increase in wages (within 11%),” the Center said.
The organization also noted that the staff of 12% of Russian companies grew by 7% over the year, and only 15% of companies increased their salaries - an average of 8%.
The Center recalled last year's research, which stated that 64% of the company expected growth in revenue and operating profit. Based on the results of the outgoing year, only 32% of the company achieved revenue growth and 26% - operating profit. One in five companies reported a decline in performance.
"Against the background partially justify the hopes of economic expectations of business at 2022 more restrained, although nearly every other company expects growth in revenues and operating profit in 2022 (48% and 45% respectively)," - quoted by " Kommersant " the text of the report.
