Recall that last year, a decision was approved to make December 31 a day off. Initially, the idea was proposed by the leadership of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation. The department considered that in this way the Russians will get more time to prepare for the New Year and will be able to rationally manage the New Year's holidays and have a more productive rest. The corresponding document was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.
