As for Russia, the main thing is what happened here. This dragged on for several months, but yesterday it was practically over ... Of course, this is a tragedy with demonstrative repression against Memorial *; regarding the memory of the killed people.

This is the desire of the system to cover up the crimes of the Soviet regime, the crimes of the NKVD and the KGB ... This, I think, is also a kind of crime.

And, of course, almost a disaster.
