Five people died in a bus accident near Ryazan

At the time of the accident, there were 50 people on the bus. There are no minors among the dead.

The death of five people was confirmed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Police officers are working at the scene. Currently, law enforcement officers are investigating all the circumstances of the incident.

Interfax, referring to its sources in the Ministry of Emergencies, reports that ice became the cause of the fatal accident. Probably, the driver could not cope with control and made a collision with the support.

As a result of the accident, two criminal cases were initiated: under Part 5 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of the road, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence), as well as under Part 3 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence).

Recall that at the end of December 2021, five people, including three teenagers, died in a car accident in Altai. The accident was caused by one of the cars driving into the oncoming lane.
