In particular, the order numbered 1240 dated 12/13/2021, signed by the Minister of the Moscow Government, the head of the Moscow City Health Department A.I. Khripun, says this:

Meanwhile, the networks are already writing that all these vague formulations requiring endless clarifications are just the beginning, and that one thing is absolutely clear - they push QR-codes with all their might, accustom them to them by any means:
