A large fire at the Antipinsky refinery in Tyumen was extinguished

Information about the fire at the plant was received on January 4 at about ten o'clock in the morning local time. One of the installations for deep processing of fuel oil caught fire at the plant. 84 rescuers and 26 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.

The fire was localized by 11:20 local time, and by 12:40 local time (10:40 Moscow time) it was completely eliminated, the press service noted.

The rescue service clarified that no one was injured as a result of the fire at the plant. There is also no threat of explosions at the plant. The fire was stopped when he got close to the distillation column.

JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery is located in the industrial zone of Tyumen in the southeast of the city near the village of Antipino. The plant's capacity allows it to process up to 7.5 million tons of oil per year.
