The analyst emphasized that this was the last of the key posts that the first president of Kazakhstan retained, but only his formal dismissal would not have an effective impact on stabilizing the situation. "The current situation can be influenced not only by the formal side of the matter, but also by the readiness and ability of the Kazakh authorities to apply the necessary measures in the situation that has arisen", - he added.
