US Supreme Court Blocks Mandatory Vaccination Order for 84 Million Americans

According to the text of the proposal, all employees of companies with more than 100 employees must be vaccinated or must provide weekly PCR tests. As reported by the Axios agency, it is about 84 million Americans.

"While Congress undeniably gave OSHA the authority to regulate occupational hazards, it did not give OSHA the authority to regulate public health more broadly," the court said in a ruling.
