Alma-Ata Airport on Wednesday, January 19, resumed normal operation due to the end of the state of emergency and curfew imposed against the backdrop of unrest in Kazakhstan.

Air Astana has restored its route network after interruptions, in addition, the carrier has revised the rules for ticket refunds. So, if the flight was scheduled before January 31, 2022, then a free ticket reissuance for any date before February 28 or a full refund is possible.
