“Are they taking us to organs?!”: How the evacuation of schools in the city of Alekseyevka was rehearsed

It turns out that back in September 2021, a large-scale emergency occurred in the city of Alekseevka, Belgorod Region (about 38,000 inhabitants), which, consider, was not written about in the media. The hair on my head is moving - this is how you can briefly describe the feeling of what you read about what happened in the comments from the parent chats of the Alekseyevka residents.

The only publication in the media about the evacuation of schools and gardens in Alekseyevka, which found "Novye Izvestia", was made on the site "Vesti.Voronezh". The laconic material is called: "Belgorod residents reported about the urgent evacuation of schoolchildren after the execution of a family in a Voronezh village."

In particular, the article says:

“Parents reported an urgent evacuation of schoolchildren in the city of Alekseevka, Belgorod Region. This happened on Thursday, September 16 - on this day in the village of Volchanskoye, Voronezh region, a man killed his family, and then set off an explosion at the police station in Liski. Later it became known that the man left in the direction of Ostrogozhsk, which is just next to the border of the Belgorod region.

“My child is in third grade. The parents of the children were not allowed to pick them up from school. They were taken to the house. This is all for the safety of the children. All parents and children are on edge. My child was taken to an intersection. He walked further to the house. What security? I’m just in shock”, - wrote one of the local residents.

There is no official confirmation of this information, but many parents have reported this."

However, the details of what happened still surfaced. This happened now, against the backdrop of news about the "mining" of educational institutions - a wave of telephone terrorism, as you know, has swept the country.

The chairman of the All-Russian Union of Parents “Together”, Irina Zhiltsova, published a fragment of her interview with YouTube blogger Ekaterina Kovalenko, which was not included in the version published last fall, in which she told how and in connection with what the evacuation of schools and kindergartens took place in Alekseevka in September 2021 .

“My interview on Perm Rifle with blogger Ekaterina Kovalenko in September 2021 was released incomplete. Information about the evacuation of children remained behind the scenes.

At that time, the law on evacuation had not yet been adopted by the Duma; GOST had only been developed. Many people did an analysis of the GOST theory: separate evacuation of parents and children, disconnection of communications, collapse on the roads ... Nobody spoke about practice. And she was!

The cruel theory was lived through in the life of literally every family of schoolchildren in one locality of the Belgorod region. On September 15, 2021 (above, in the article Vesti.Voronezh, September 16 is mentioned - but this does not change the very essence of the matter - note "NI") in Alekseyevka, both schools were evacuated. The media did not write about this, you will not find details online from eyewitnesses: the parents were shocked, and many children then suffered stress and shock. How many such evacuations were then in the country - is unknown. Watch this interview.

Have you rehearsed a real evacuation according to GOST in a small village? This is scary.

Mass evacuations of children were carried out in many cities of Russia in January 2022, not yet in accordance with GOST... The execution of orders was carried out without any questions by teachers, directors. Many parents, even after several days in a row of evacuations from the same school, twist their fingers to their temples and call people who talk about danger alarmists.

“The first calls for evacuation went in May (2021 - note “NI”) , when there were events with the shooter. These cases were very unusual in number, in mass, and with the use of buses...

When I was at school, the rehearsals were different, we just went out for literally ten minutes, and then returned and studied further.

Here, the parents even wrote that the children were not allowed to dress in the winter, they were simply driven out into the street. Then, in May, rehearsals began with buses, and even in kindergartens.

And before the elections, a very unusual situation happened in Alekseevka, Belgorod Region.

There turned out to be a rehearsal at the level of the whole city, or something. Residents were surprised by the following startling facts.

From Tuesday to Wednesday, September 15, equipment, cars, from Belgorod began to come to them. Distance - drive 4-5 hours. (When compared with the article in Vesti.Voronezh, there will be a discrepancy in the dates, but this does not change the very essence of the matter - approx. "NI")

Then, at 11 o'clock, all the parents, en masse, wrote in chats in instant messengers that they urgently needed to pick up the children - the situation in the city was an emergency.

Alekseevka is located next to a fairly large number of prisons, and a criminal named Sergei allegedly escaped from one of them.

There were several versions about this Sergei: that at first he killed a boy, no, then it turned out to be a girl, then, it turns out, he shot his family, this family turned out to be “with neighbors” - and how is this connected with the fact that he is in prison? Usually colonies are not connected with the place of residence of criminals, they are somehow distributed around the country ...

There are two large schools in Alekseevka. In one, the children were still given out, one at a time, the school was cordoned off by riot police. As the school was cordoned off, panic set in.

The high school students on the upper floors shouted: "We are all going to die now!", a catastrophe, and the children downstairs just sobbed.

And it turns out that the parents saw behind the glass how the children were crying, but the children did not see them, there was some kind of tinting. But one by one, like this, the children were still given out here.

At another school it was even more interesting: the children were not given to their parents. There were two buses outside the school. A thousand children study at the school, and these buses began to transport children.

They said that they were going home, but the children were actually taken to certain streets and dropped off.

High school students began to panic that they were being taken "to the organs." The younger kids were just in shock.

Parents, those who could, followed this "escort", tried to pick up the children. Children were dropped off on the street. Everyone was in a panic.

Also there was a collapse with communication. People could not call each other - husband and wife, parents of the same class among themselves ... Either the network could not stand it, or there were some kind of interference. Either they were running in a new bill, which includes a possible disconnection of communications in such situations ...

That is, in fact, there was no connection.

Correspondence on this subject is very stormy. The parents were just shocked.

The most interesting thing is that they knew about this in advance, because they drove the equipment in advance. When the children came, they were no longer studying. Why were children accepted in kindergartens and schools if it was known that this criminal had escaped?

And it also happened that some of the parents who worked in government agencies were closed at work!

They were not let out of work to pick up their children. If someone had the opportunity to call a neighbor and ask him to urgently pick up the child and bring home ...

That is, some parents found themselves isolated from their children at their jobs. This fact struck me.

And just before the elections, on the 16th or 17th, Viktor was found and detained. They were looking for Sergei, but they detained Viktor. Either someone in this situation should already have been detained, or it is not clear what ... The orientation was something specific, all these photos are there.

And, you see, it's not the first time criminals run away, they run away all the time.

The impressions of the parents from the second school, who managed to film something before the riot police arrived, while it was possible to shoot, then they were forbidden - when they received their children, they ran running, as if they were bombarded from the air, rather after the child, in the car and home.

This is an indicator of how fear can affect the psyche when you can no longer control the situation.

It’s not clear what things can be dragged under the sauce of worries: the same distance education, the same enhanced control, the same AI instead of watchmen ... Of course, from everything I heard from a person who himself experienced all this and took his children from school, I I was just horrified.

The city just stood up, collapsed. Everyone who could move began to follow their children to all kindergartens and schools, the city stood up, there was no connection, parents were separated from the children, some of the children were taken somewhere in buses ... And somewhere, that means, this criminal is running around.

Moreover, the most interesting thing is that this man still managed to blow up the police station, and they could not catch him.

All this to the question of evacuations, the seriousness of some intentions from above ... Moreover, it is so interesting that the State Standards on evacuation were adopted before they made amendments to the bills. This is not accepted, this is a violation of the document flow.

What happened in Alekseevka is approximately such a scenario in the new law on evacuation and is spelled out.

Perm was announced, Kazan was announced, but the media is silent about Alekseyevka...”.

“There are parents who doubted the authenticity of the video about the evacuation in Alekseevka, Belgorod Region. Therefore, I present the facts.

The parents refused to give an open interview to federal channels, as they were shocked by what was happening. But they sent screenshots from parent chats and videos confirming the event (see carousel). ⠀ Probably, all actions were planned. This is indicated by a lot of inconsistencies and the absence of any logic in the official version of what is happening.

The power structures acted “in fear”: ⠀

- Schools and municipal institutions were cordoned off by riot police. Some parents could not come to the school and at least see the child, as they were “closed” at work. ⠀

- Children from the largest school in the village (more than 1000 children) were not given to their parents who came for them. They were put on a school bus and taken to the intersections near the house! Parents followed, the city got stuck in traffic jams. ⠀

- In another school in the village, children were given one at a time with the permission of the riot police. ⠀

- The children were very scared. An announcement in parental chats about evacuation and a tip on an escaped criminal was posted at 11.00, and there were no lessons from 8:00. School workers were warned in advance about the evacuation? Why, then, was it necessary to take children to school at all? ⠀ - In the village, communication did not work that day! ⠀

- The whole collapse happened because of the escaped criminal from the pre-trial detention center. But the escape was known the day before the evacuation! The evacuation took place on Wednesday, September 15, and special equipment was brought to Alekseevka from Belgorod on the evening of September 14. ⠀

- The offender first killed the child, and then it turned out to be a whole family! Sergei P. escaped, and then law enforcement agencies found Viktor M. ⠀

Then the residents of Alekseevka did not publicize the incident. They didn’t ask the government system who will be responsible for the moral suffering of children and parents...”, - Irina Zhiltsova noted in another of her posts on Instagram.

“I don’t understand at all what kind of tin!” the girl in the video says at the time of the evacuation from one of the schools.

Novye Izvestia also studied the official website of the Alekseevsky urban district : we did not find a single mention of the incident in September there (see photo). For mid-September 2021, several news were published there, but not a single one about the evacuation.

Strange, given the resonance among the Alekseevites it caused. For example, in the VKontakte group “Podslushano Alekseyevka”, the incident was actively discussed. In particular, the comments mention the evacuation of children from Schools No. 2, 3, 4, 7. Screenshots of parents' messages from chats can be seen in posts on instagram.
