You need to have a birth certificate or passport, compulsory medical insurance policy, as well as SNILS with you. SNILS will be needed in order to obtain a certificate of vaccination at the State Services.

Recall that the Sputnik M vaccine was created on the basis of the adult Sputnik V vaccine. It is no different from the adult vaccine, except for the dosage, which is five times lower for adolescents. Vaccination is carried out in two stages also with an interval of 21 days. You need to sign up only for the first appointment, the registration for the second one will happen automatically. Vaccination of adolescents is carried out with the written permission of the parents.
