A teenager who threatened massacres in a messenger at Anadyr's school in Chukotka will be tried for falsely reporting an act of terrorism and for stealing money from an acquaintance's account. An investigation has been completed in respect of a minor resident of the village of Tavayvaam.

Investigators found that on October 13 last year, a 17-year-old boy in Anadyr, in a personal status on WhatsApp, posted a photo of a weapon “with a short, deliberately false text message about the planned commission of an act of terrorism by him in an educational institution”.

Even earlier, from April to May 2021, using the phone of his friend, he secretly transferred money from his account to the accounts of third parties, and then appropriated it for himself. Thus, he managed to steal 170 thousand rubles.

The Investigative Committee indicated that the teenager fully admitted his guilt. Currently, the criminal case has been sent to the prosecutor, who will approve the indictment for the subsequent transfer of the case to court.

It's worth reminding that the students of the Anadyr school on the street. Mir was seen in a WhatsApp chat post by a former student in which he threatened to commit mass murder in this institution using firearms. The teenagers told the principal of the school about it.

After the arrest, a pneumatic weapon was confiscated from the teenager.
