The Gamaleya center created a test system for immunity after a nasal vaccine

“We found a method, we figured out how to take a smear”, - Gintsburg said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to Gunzburg, now immunity can be checked not only by a blood test, but also by a swab from the nose. He clarified that the new system has already been registered - before that it was used differently.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health reported that the nasal vaccine would be used for revaccination. 187.8 million rubles were allocated for clinical trials of this drug.

It is expected that after the end of the study it will be used to vaccinate children up to five years of age.
