On February 19, checkpoints on the border of the Rostov region were transferred only for entry, the FSB department for the region said. An emergency regime has been introduced in the Rostov region in connection with the arrival of refugees from the Donbass.
A special regime was introduced in the Rostov region on February 19 from 10 a.m. Currently, a tent camp for evacuees is being deployed in the region. Mobile heating points are installed at all border crossing points. Arriving people are also settled in the territory of children's camps in the Neklinovsky district, which can work year-round.
