Ukrainian intelligence stated that Russian special services are mining objects in Donetsk

According to Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the buses that take the residents of Donbass may be blown up.

“These measures (mining social facilities - ed.) are aimed at destabilizing the situation in the temporarily occupied territories of our state and creating grounds for accusing Ukraine of terrorist attacks,” the intelligence statement said.

Commander of the Joint Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Pavlyuk indicated that the Ukrainian military does not attack civilian infrastructure and does not fire on civilians.

Danilov warned that Kiev was not involved in the likely attacks that could happen in the Donbass.

- We can't say what they can invent: either blow up buses in which the people they offer to move to Rostov or the Rostov region will move, or they will blow up houses or something else. I can say again: we have nothing to do with this, ”Ukrainian News quotes Danilov as saying.

At the same time, the DPR announced today that the Ukrainian military fired at Dokuchaevsk five times with mortars prohibited by the Minsk agreements.

On February 18, the authorities of the LPR and DPR announced a mass evacuation of the population of the republics. Refugees are taken to the Rostov region. In addition, today it became known that some of the inhabitants of Donbass are ready to accept the Orenburg region.
