Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba announced that Russia has launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

"This is a war of conquest. Ukraine will defend itself and win. The world can and must stop Putin. It's time to act", - said the politician.

Meanwhile, Russian servicemen are landing in the Ukrainian cities of Odessa and Mariupol. In Odessa, a part of the city is already left without power supply.

The media write that strikes are being carried out on military facilities in the Dnipro region. It is known about strikes on aviation bases in Vasilkov.

It's worth reminding that Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a military special operation in the Donbass. He made the corresponding statement after the appeal of the heads of the DPR and LPR with a request for military assistance. The Russian leader said that the occupation of Ukraine is not included in Moscow's plans.
