Peskov: rumors about the introduction of martial law in the country is a "hoax"

Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov called rumors about plans to introduce martial law in a number of regions of Russia and a ban on military-age men traveling abroad "hoax". He also urged "not to become victims of deception."
