Consumer Union: Customers can't pick up delivered and already paid-up Apple equipment

Starting from today, Apple has stopped deliveries of its products to the Russian Federation. In this regard, the official stores today closed to customers. And the technology in the company's online stores has doubled.

According to Ridus.ru, the situation negatively affected those who ordered Apple products before the imposition of sanctions. So, residents of the Urals cannot pick up their purchases in Svyaznoy stores, which were delivered the day before. At the same time, the goods are paid for, but they cannot receive them.

The official representative of Svyaznoy said that due to the order of the company, all goods are removed to the warehouse. Buyers must issue a return, but this should not be done, said Petr Shelishch, chairman of the Consumers Union of Russia. Of course, this is a violation of consumer rights. At the moment, if the goods are with them, then they are obliged to give it back. If it is not issued, then the store must return the money at the price at the time of return.

The expert recommended that the victims write a claim against the store demanding that the goods be issued in two copies. The application can be submitted electronically.
