According to the humanitarian headquarters, the Ukrainian side has been demanded to fulfill the conditions for the creation of humanitarian corridors and ensure the withdrawal of civilians, as well as foreigners.

The headquarters said that Ukraine's attempts to accuse Russia of disrupting the humanitarian situation this time will not make sense, since drones help control the situation.

Previously, the silence regime was introduced on March 5. The Russian Defense Ministry then specified that humanitarian corridors and exit routes were agreed with the Ukrainian side. However, none of the refugees from Mariupol and Volnovakha arrived at the humanitarian corridors after the “silence regime” was announced.

According to the head of the National Center for Defense Control of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, nationalists did not let people out.
