"In order to ensure the interests of conscientious entrepreneurs and employees of organizations whose leaders announced the suspension of activities on the territory of the Russian Federation, prosecutors have strengthened supervision over the observance of such companies by the current legislation", - the department said.
Prosecutors will ensure strict control over compliance with labor laws, including the terms of employment contracts, the procedure for paying wages and determining its size, the fulfillment of obligations to contractors, as well as obligations to the Russian Federation.
Krasnov specifically pointed out the inadmissibility of unilateral refusal of their obligations by organizations that announced the suspension of activities in the country.
Recall that on the eve of the President Vladimir Putin has said that he supports the idea of introducing external management of companies that have decided to leave the Russian market.
It's worth reminding that after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a military special operation in the Donbass (February 24), Western countries began to impose sanctions against the Russian Federation, and many large foreign companies left Russia.
