The emotional state of Russian President Vladimir Putin remains normal, despite irregular working hours, said his press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
He clarified that the head of state works "from morning until late at night", "there is no fixed hour here".
"The emotional state is normal", - the Kremlin representative answered the question about the moral state of the president.
Recall that last year the Russian leader went into self-isolation due to the fact that several people in his entourage became infected with the coronavirus.
