The international group Anonymous announced the hacking of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, promising to publish the data within 48 hours. The regulator denies hacking the systems.

“Anonymous hacked the Central Bank of Russia. Over 35,000 files will be released within 48 hours with secret agreements", - the group's Twitter page said in a post.

The hackers also published four scans of documents for 2010-2011 of the companies Bank's-Audit-Service, Dalena, Juris Consulting (verified), as well as a scan with two documents bearing the seals of OOO AKT "Status" and "Baltic audit LLC".

“The Bank of Russia denies information about a possible hacking of any of its information systems”, - the press service of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation said in an interview with TASS.

Since the beginning of the military special operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, the number of cyber attacks on government agencies and Russian companies has increased significantly. In early March, Igor Lyapunov, Rostelecom's vice president for information security, announced the coordinated actions of hackers and an increase in attacks hundreds of times. Thus, the Anonymous hacker group announced that the website of the Russian Defense Ministry was hacked on February 26 - the department denied the information. On March 8, the websites of the Federal Penitentiary Service, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Energy, Rosstat and a number of other departments were hacked. Last week, hackers attacked arbitration court websites.
