In the elections for the president and deputies of the Skupshtina (national assembly in Serbia), the current leader of the state, Aleksandar Vučić, and the ruling Serbian Progressive Party are leading.

This became known after the Republican Electoral Commission processed 44.5% of the ballots.

The second place is now taken by Zdravko Ponosh with 14.59%.

The political bloc "Aleksandr Vučić - Together we can do everything" won 46.35% of the votes in the elections to the Assembly. Behind the block "Ivica Dacic - Prime Minister of Serbia" 12.04%. "Marinka Tepich - United for the victory of Serbia" - 10.08%. "Dr. Milos Jovanovic - Hope for Serbia" - 4.72% , overcame the three percent barrier "Milica Dzhurdzhevich-Stamenkovski - Serbian Party of Zavetniki", eco-activists "We Must - Nebojsa Zelenovic" and right-wing "Doors - POKS".

The voter turnout exceeded 58%.

Vučić has already declared his victory and said that he intends to adhere to the neutral status of the republic. He intends to maintain friendly relations with Russia.
