“The situation may worsen due to recent world events. We must be ready for this”, - Zhaparov emphasized (quote from Interfax).
He stressed the difficult situation in the country and further uncertainty due to the unpredictability of developments. In his opinion, in such conditions it is important to ensure food security in the country.
“Cost in everything. Prices have risen. Unemployment persists. Not enough for most essentials. I urge all of us to reconsider spending, to delay buying expensive things, not to have [banquets], and to stop wasting money. The most important thing now is food security. Both at the state level and at the level of each family”, - the head of Kyrgyzstan urged.
He also recalled the increase in salaries of more than 300,000 social workers from April 1, as well as the planned increase in child benefits from June 1. The President of Kyrgyzstan noted that the state cannot raise salaries in all areas at once, because there are not enough funds for this. In this regard, he asked the citizens to "be patient".
“Our budget is limited. Therefore, I would like to ask you to be patient a little”, - Zhaparov said.
