The Supreme Court upheld the introduction of criminal liability for compliance with sanctions

Andrey Klishas, head of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building, said that the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation supported the amendments to criminalize compliance with Western sanctions in the country.
Klishas wrote about this in his telegram channel.
It's worth reminding that the corresponding amendments were prepared by United Russia, and Klishas is one of its' developers.
