The UN demanded to investigate the murder of captured Russian soldiers

So Dujarric commented on the video, in which, presumably, soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shoot a wounded Russian soldier. The video was previously published by The New York Times.

The video was filmed on March 30 in a village near Kiev. In the footage, three Russian soldiers lie on the ground, one of them has his hands tied behind his back. When the Ukrainian military notice signs of life in one of them, they shoot him three times.
