“Transfers made from April 6 will be returned to the client’s account in full, together with a commission”, - a representative of RBC Bank quotes a statement.

At the same time, restrictions do not apply to ruble transfers. The bank's customers also retained the ability to transfer money in rubles to neighboring countries through a mobile application using a phone number.

Money can be sent to recipients in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, as well as in Transnistria.
