38% of employees are afraid of losing their jobs

29% of the participants in the survey of the educational platform Skillbox admitted that they are afraid that their profession will no longer be in demand on the market, and 38% are worried about losing their job at all.

64% of survey participants said they experience work-related anxiety. At the time of the survey, writes Forbes, two-thirds of those surveyed were employed, about 20% were looking for work.

66.9% of Russians are worried about the uncertainty in their career development at their current job.

A number of respondents intend to change their profession, having mastered a new field of activity. 17% are considering the field of design, 13% want to retrain as developers. Engineers, pharmacists, financial analysts, surveyors and other specialists are also thinking about retraining. Data analytics, marketing, and 3D graphics development are also considered promising industries.

According to 90.6% of respondents, corporate training in their company does not imply the possibility of retraining, if suddenly the specialty becomes unclaimed. 64.4% say their employers generally do not offer corporate training.
