Kiev region experienced powerful explosions and power outage

On the night of April 15, powerful explosions thundered in different parts of the Kiev region - and in Kiev itself they turned out to be one of the strongest since the start of the special operation in Ukraine. Also, the region was partially de-energized.
According to NetBlocks, Internet activity has dropped sharply in the region due to the lack of electricity. The drop was up to 85% - from 1:30 local time. In addition, there were reports of explosions in the capital of Ukraine. According to some reports, six explosions were heard.
