Ramzan Kadyrov announced the start of a "real-life" special operation in Ukraine

"Now a "real-life" special operation is starting, now there will be a specific result, they themselves asked for it, so to speak, the Ukrainians. If suddenly someone could not escape - run, leave your positions. Run to where the federal troops are: you will be received, fed and watered”, - Kadyrov emphasized.

On February 17, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation offered to surrender to the remnants of Ukrainian units, militants and national battalions still remaining at the Azovstal plant in Mariupol. However, they refused.

It's worth reminding that since February 24, Moscow has been conducting a special military operation in Ukraine. It is aimed at the demilitarization and denazification of the neighboring country. The main goal of the special operation is the liberation of Donbass.
