The first deputy head of the State Duma Committee on Education, Yana Lantratova, proposed the creation of a new structure - the institution of public arts councils. “In the context of a tough information war against Russia, society is especially sensitive to any provocations. I propose to introduce a temporary measure for the duration of the special military operation - the institution of public arts councils. This should be precisely a temporary measure, excluding the influence of state institutions on the work of arts councils”, - the Teatral website quotes Lantratova.

According to the deputy, first of all, it is necessary to check the sculpture of Oleg Kulik "Big Mother", exhibited in the Gostiny Dvor, where the "Art-Moscow" fair is held. According to Lantratova, this work "makes fun of the sacred image of the Motherland for many Russians, is a vulgar parody of the great statue "The Motherland Calls!"" Lantratova also advises the Ministry of Culture to pay attention to the MDM repertoire, in particular to the musical "Chess", "in the production of which disrespect for our country is expressed".
