Not saving on wallpaper: the country’s most expensive mansion is up for sale

The Moskvich online publication reports that a three-story mansion with an area of 7,000 square meters, which is considered the most expensive in Russia, is put up for sale for 10 billion rubles in the Greenfield cottage village, in New Riga, 23 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road.

Its owner, who built this palace for himself and his family, and now decided to sell it, is Ziyad Manasir, an entrepreneur, founder of the Stroygazconsulting holding.

The interior of the palace is as rich as it is gaudy, though decorated with the most expensive materials and furnished with the most expensive furniture. For example, one meter of wallpaper costs 10 thousand rubles. The first floor is decorated in the English style, "diluted" with baroque elements, the second, made especially for the children of a businessman, eclectically combines French and Italian styles, and the third - the master's - is designed in a pseudo-Gothic style.

And, of course, crystal chandeliers, walls made of expensive woods, fireplaces and other attributes of “luxurious life” are everywhere. Many bedrooms, dining rooms, dressing rooms, and in addition, a library, wine cellar, large swimming pool, bowling alley, karaoke, greenhouse, cinema room, spa, hookah room, and golf simulator.
