“In nine municipalities that border directly on Ukraine, there will be no Immortal Regiment procession,” Gladkov said.

Depending on the situation, a decision will be made on the festive fireworks. Nevertheless, preparations for the celebration of Victory Day in Belgorod are in full swing.

"Rehearsals are in full swing, we are also preparing for the "Immortal Regiment" in the format in which we are used to holding. But we are monitoring the operational situation very closely. And we will make the final decision the day before", - the governor pointed out.

The Immortal Regiment will not be held in the nine border regions.
