“We are politely asked to get out…” Why Ukrainian refugees return from Europe

For more than two months the Europeans are tired of the influx of refugees and are increasingly expressing their dissatisfaction with them.

This was to be expected: the cordiality and willingness of Europe to help millions of Ukrainian refugees began to gradually fade away. This, in particular, is evidenced by the post of Alena Z., a resident of Germany:

“Increasingly, in response to various complaints from refugees - about poor conditions in camps and / or hostels, about difficulties in finding apartments, about various bureaucratic troubles - comes annoyed: Sie sollen doch dankbar sein, dass (German: you should be grateful for this!)

In a sense: they are refugees, they should be grateful that they were given a safe life, a roof over their heads, some kind of food, money - and not to get out.

And more and more posts of Ukrainians appear that the owners are kicking them out - well, or politely asking them to get out. The reasons are very different, starting from the banal and unspecified “they didn’t agree on the characters”, “different mentality” to quite specific and sometimes opposite: children are too noisy - children are not sociable enough; guests do not participate in the housekeeping - the guests behave too in a businesslike way. Once I even got it: the owner's cat did not accept the guest cat.

And apartments are sorely lacking.

And this is not the first time I hear that refugees are returning to Ukraine.

"It's better under the bombs, but at home," one of these "returners" wrote.

Yes, no one expected such an influx, in general, until the last moment they did not believe that it would happen ..... And now the entire bureaucratic machine is aimed at registering these hundreds of thousands, processing, issuing benefits, and so on and so forth. And no one will assign psychologists to ordinary people in everyday life..."
