The source notes that for Finland this is the first time that a ban has been imposed on transactions with the assets of persons included in the EU sanctions list “for spreading propaganda”. The Russian company is reportedly unable to make payments to four local organizations. According to the source, the Finnish authorities have suspended these payments.
