Pavel Malkov may become acting governor of the Saratov region

According to Novye Izvestiya sources, Pavel Malkov, head of Rosstat, may replace Valery Radaev as governor of the Saratov region. 42-year-old Malkov is the main candidate for the post of interim head of the region.
Malkov is a native of the Saratov region, since 2018 he has been the head of the Federal State Statistics Service of Russia. For a long time he worked in various positions in the authorities of the Saratov region. Pavel Viktorovich also has experience in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The current head of the Saratov region, Radaev, today announced the early resignation of the head of the region. He led the region for 10 years
